I had applied four Student visa files for my friends ...n in all files I put ITR n CA networth...n all four get approval....but as per CIC it is not necessary to provide ITR or CA networth... it's up to you...but it shows strong financial background for your visa file...

As per my opinion...You can't apply...if you apply than university may give you conditional admission letter in which you must provide 6.5 IELTS band for confirm admission

My file PNP PN Manitoba Cic received my file on 13th july 2017 Waiting for AOR My friend's TRV applied on 31st july Application number and UCI on 2nd august...there after no updates...

It takes three to four days to get your application number and UCI.
