I did not receive it, I got a call from KVO August 11, 2021 the lady said passport request was sent from June 2, 2021 but I did not receive it

Guys I just called the MP's office and and the Lady is telling me that she doesn't think KVO is going to send another Passport Request Letter so I should just submit my passport without the request. Smh I've never heard of that. Guys what's your thoughts on this?

I'm Febuary 10, 2020 and I'm still waiting on PPR

I feel so helpless, there is no one to help, MPs are busy and KVO is just not responding

Does KVO respond to web forms? Smh I'm still trying to get the passport request they said they have sent out since June 2, 2021. Next month is my husband's birthday and our anniversary and I guess we will be celebrating it via video call yet again...sigh
