I forgot to add that you have a good chance to be selected by EE (federal). The score has dropped to 451.

Well, I understand what you are saying but I think you should give this a shot. Many people including me are waiting for this invitation!! :( I know that you had a bad experience with them, but this doesn't mean that your future experience will be the same. Wish you a PR card very soon. ;)

How do you know it is NOC based? They have not said it would be NOC based, right? What NOCs are they interested in? I am sitting at 406, in a week my score will drop to 401! I created my profile on July 11th, and still waiting. My NOC code is 2133, Electrical Engineer!

Dear Asivad Anac, Do you mind telling me where you got this information? The cycle of invitation to nomination is estimated to be anywhere between 2 - 4 months for 80% of the applicants and they have just started the program less than 2 weeks back.

What makes it more confusing is that I think there are more than 2700 candidates having more than 400 scores. I think most of them have at least Bachelors! Now the question is have they invited all 2700 available spaces last week? If not, why?! I have read someone with score of 407 has been...

How do they choose among people who have scores higher than 400? My question is does 480 score has higher chance than 401?

Yes, I get that 5 points, and also I have two years of work experience, so the total points is 71/100, not 64.

Yes I tried entering higher IELTS scores and I got eligible this time which i weird! I am pretty sure the overall score must be 7 with minimum of six in each skill! :( :( :(
