I emailed docsbase.ca pictures of stamps. They translated the stamps and emailed me electronic copy and mailed the hard copy free of charge as well. You can print the electronic copy and show it to the officer. It is acceptable. Good luck.

Also, consider emailing/ writing a letter to the immigration minister. I know someone who did the same recently and they finished his PR application a few weeks after!! You never know! At this point, try everything you can.

I don't think you necessarily have to inform them about your trips. You can if you want. I traveled to my country for a few weeks and I didn't inform them. I just took my test/interview and the officer didn't bother to ask any question regarding what I did after applying for citizenship...

Got invitation for the test on August 30th for Sept. 25th. Passed the test 20/20. The officer asked for the translation of stamps and she said that she will keep them to verify them later. No change in my status since then! Not sure what is going on! :(
