I wondered that as well. id love to know that way I can go there often to look myself... CIC Agent told me they were in Nov 2016 but like I have said that was weeks ago....

We applied in Feb 2017.. every thing including Sponsors side still shows in Process, Like you I am hoping this will now change soon, last agent I spoke with at CIC said they were still in Nov 2016,, that was about 4 weeks ago

Took me many many times to finally get this,, just keep trying,, out problem was MY wife (my sponsor)Country of birth, I kept putting Scotland they had it as British.. once I got that I was in oh and they only would take my wife's last name, not her Married name.. Lots of folks have had...

So wow, It took me 4 times to send 2 Documents on the IRCC webform and they finally accepted the last try. That time I attached way more info then they needed I thought lol.. Lesson Learned, always send far more then they ask for lol

I only had that on 1 email from CIC... I had to also ask Mr Profiler what it was lol,, He is the Man with the knowledge

id think she is an Out Land applicant ... Profiler is the one to answer that question,, I have no idea sorry

I had to get my FBI prints and check done and RCMP done and I had to send the results to IRCC/CIC myself

Inland is living within Canada.. out land is living out side Canada

I think that's still under the old time line.. We applied Feb2017 and that's under the new 1 year time line,, but that's a joke, because they are a few months behind doing 2016 apps

I had a agent on the phone and mentioned we were under the new 1 year guideline , he laughed and said man we are still working on November 2016.. what a mess

I spoke with CIC/IRCC the other day and I mentioned the fact we are over the new guideline of the 1 year processing time,(applied Feb 2017) He sorta laughed and said that they are way behind and just now working on November 2016 Applicants.. so yep, here we still sit and wait. I hope we get done...

I think my issue is being over 60 and trying to enter some kind of a new Employment field.. I drove Tractor trailers for over 40 years, Now I cant drive trucks up in Canada so trying to do a Carrier change is not working out very well . Good Luck to you as well
