I guess if you have your highest degree from Canada, you dont need to have ECA for your bachelors from India. The points you've got are definitely for your masters.

Why do ppl say that if it takes time for CIC to draw, the cut off score goes up? :o

I have made new profile for FEB 2016 rounds, had to decline my ITA from 6th Jan. New score has decreased from 496 to 470 >:(

Ok. So to make a new EE profile should I first delete my existing EE profile, decline the ITA and then make a new one or can I make an all togther new mycic account and make a new one? Can i have two active EE profiles?
