There is no cause for panic. As long as you gave your details in the email, you should be fine. There might be a problem only if more than one person presents the same receipt for payment.

Actually, I applied on October 9 and it was issued Nov 6.

I got my notes late October... no assigned officer, no due date but I got PPR last week. So dont be too worried about the notes. If something is amiss, they will contact you.
