:( I sent the scanned PCC as requested back in Feb 23, and today I got below email. I just sent the scanned PCC again, it's such a frustrating process when things like this happened out of our control. Is there any way to confirm whether they have received the document?

Have you been to other countries besides Canada and your home-country, and stayed for more than 6 months? If so, then you will need to get PCC for that country as well.
