@BillHyatt Does the average wait of 7 to 8 months at the LVO apply to the applicants under Security? Or their in for a longer period? Another thing that comes to my mind is LVO takes too long to process since most applicants go for SS there hence their middle Eastern, Asian and African background

Yes, based on my BGC status...I don't think IP1/2 exist in GCMS notes since the term as I understood is made up for ease of communication and is not a formal IRCC term

I got the same in my GCMS notes. I read it is the regular Security check and not the lengthy SS since there is only 4 lines under security. But Im not sure since I have been stuck in IP2 for over 10 weeks now. There was a previous post by @legalfalcon related to this but I cannot find it

Indeed. I have s15 on three pages but no mention to SS in the security section. So I'm hoping they are doing the normal 2 / 3 months security check and not the strict one

Check the notes under MOC INVESTIGATION / Conditional PR...BTW this is my own interportation. This MOC could mean something else and has nothing to do what so ever with the Restricted PR issue lol

Raise a CSE and write your explanation and you can as well email your visa office and provide them with a letter of explanation and updated Schedule A...Make sure you include your full name and application number with the LOE typed on the top corner of the letter
