You will get ITA before Nov....but for safter side ..its better to give IELTS again ...you have 3-4 months in hand

Guys ...my current CRS is 456. Should I wait for Express Entry or go for OINP tech draw. My noc is 4172.

no but yesterday score was 6.5 (online) and today its 7.5 (online). I called them but they said they can't share result online or on phone. They will dispatch my scorecard within few days.
