I submitted on 11.12.16, received on 14.12.16. Dispatched on 10.1.17, I took it from VFS on 12.1.17. You will receive it in next week inshaAllah, no worries :)

nowadays there is no email notification for raising CSE; only page saying successful.

You can raise GCMS by yourself with help of your friend.
