    Did you inform IRCC that you are inland now? Normally for outland applicants, after PPR few weeks they will receive returned PP with visa and COPR. IRCC needs to know that you are inland to make virtual landing.

    Same DM date. I called IRCC on Feb 19 and the agent told me to wait. She even couldn’t tell me whether my application was approved or rejected .

    Many people says that it should be opened by Internet Explorer instead of Chrome or others, then you can download. However, IRCC usually sends email with attach COPR, please check whether it in Junk or Trash email box.

    Congratulations! After long time of stressful waiting, you finally arrived at the final station of PR train :)! Can you confirm what the status in your ECAS after receiving COPR in via GCKey please? I can not check my GCKey because of my Representative.

    So far I know COPR is emailed to principal applicant or representative, not via GC Key. Could you check your email even in the spam folder?
