Hi psAug2010, I am trying to link my husband's application (PA), however it's not linking for whatever reason. Anyways, I called CIC this morning. The agent said once the file has been transferred among other correspondence (like AOR and SA) the file should be available to link.

Thanks - I saw that yesterday on my 5th attempt. I changed it to single, then got locked out. I will wait until later today and try again.
