Quick question, When does "Review of eligibility" status changes from "Review in Progress" to "Passed"? Means during the process or once CIC send out request for PPR? I just want to know that if CIC change this status like in a week, month or at end of the application? I am asking this question...

I mistakenly added a NOC 2232 instead of 2132. CIC kept on asking all sets of documents and after 5 months rejected. All my supporting documents were for NOC 2132.

You should be getting points for your work-ex in Canada. I would suggest checking your profile again. Else shoot an email to CIC.

You only need a full time job offer to apply for a BC PNP.

Use all provinces to wider your scope. Exclude Quebec as EE is not meant for there.

He should go by PNP. Along with that he should create his EE with the current details. Once he gets his PNP, update the EE profile, which will bump his score ;)

I am in the same boat but I wouldn't blame Canadian government for this new rule. I think you would agree with me that our intentions before applying for initial student visa was to get PR, however that was not what we mentioned in our student visa application otherwise CIC would have rejected...

I would suggest you should include your experience gained outside the Canada too to make your profile stronger. However, if you don't have proof/documents to support that then I would prefer not to include it.

As you mentioned you dont have PNP or LMIA then you have to register in the job bank regardless you have a valid job offer (without LMIA). If you would not register then your profile would be considered as incomplete and you wont be in the pool for a ITA.
