Question for the senior members, My dad is in canada on supervisa. recently he visited USA for a week and on his way back to Canada, the officers did not stamp his passport. what does it mean ? can he stay in Canada for another 2 years or he have to leave canada before the expiry or his last

No AOR but I was able to link the application today. App received on 10th June 2019.

anyone with June 10? the other question i have is, I am the sponsor and if i use my UCI it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". on the other hand i can't link the paper application as well. any help?

we can have marriage certificate from govt. office (shouldn't be a problem) but it will be issued with current date. not sure would it be a problem ? (marriage date on it will be of 1960s)

Can any one please share a sample of marriage affidavit ? My parent were married in 1960s and at that time there was no concept of marriage certificate, thanks.

and if you put the current residency as Canada bcuz your parents are on super visa etc then even if they sent the request for Bio-metrics you can have it done within canada.

i dont think so you mom need to fill out IMM0008DEP unless she has additional dependents. if she is dependent on (Principle applicant) and there are no more dependents then her information will go into IMM0008enu_2d.pdf correct me if I'm wrong, thanks.

only if the parents/ grand parents are living with you in 2016/17 and 18. but in most of the cases, the parents are back home. So you shouldn't be adding them, thoughts ?
