Hi, I applied on 9th november in simon fraser university for business management (majors in operational management)

Omg!! Are cic for real ?? We are waiting for months and how can they just stop processing and concentrate on refugees :( .. I really dont knw wht to say now Anyways thanks for the info betteka :)

I can understand it can be very depressing :( but we cant do anything :( i hope we all get are visas asap

I called up my consultant today and he said he will email abudhabi embassy regarding my visa status .. He said because of the holidays my visa may arrive in first week of january :( P.S ( its going to be 7 weeks for me and i didn't receive any info regarding my visa from embassy/vfs )

9th oct thats approx 2 1/2 months ago .. Iam sure it doesnt take this long .. Did u enquire abt ur file ? And where did u apply from ?

My class starts on 11 jan .. But i have to go early and select my classes.

I applied on 9nov and still didnt get any response .. We need to be really patient bro

Its exactly 6 weeks for me today .. Still no response by vfs or embassy :( iam hearing all kinds of rumors that the vfs will give the results in bulk before 25th cause after that they will get Christmas and new year holidays. I hope that is true ... Anyways now we can do nothing but wait

Yea exactly .. Its really hard to just keep waiting :( my orientation is on 21st dec and iam sure now iam gonna miss that :( my classes are starting on 11jan and i hope i get my visa before that *fingers crossed* .. And flight tickets are also costly af coz of new year

i applied for canadian student visa on 9th of November from abu dhabi through vfs ... its been 5 weeks but no reply from vfs or embassy . iam expecting my visa to arrive before december ends ::)
