yes but they still ask you to show proof of relationship documents even for your spouse (if any relatives have been declared). That was my case.

Hi, I can see from your signature that you are a PNP-Outland and that your VO is Ottawa. I thought only inlands could have their VO as Ottawa. If you don't mind can I ask you about your country of residence?
