This happened to me before I could submit my application. I just kept trying. and it worked. Some people suggested posting on their twitter handle. But there was no update on a downtime there. So, we only have to wait a bit and keep trying.

Hello Guys - I ordered my GCMS just to see how it looks. I tried calling IRCC twice before and got really curt reps who did not say anything. There are 88 pages in the GCMS notes. Can anyone please tell me which section I should look into?
