Same here! But if you choose co-op work permit, open work permit or PGWP on that form, the Name of Employer section is not required. So I guess that's fine. They'll just put the school on co-op letter as the name of employer... I also would like someone to confirm though.

Google "work permit flagpoling", apparently a lot of ppl do it... Especially read a lot about ppl going for the rainbow bridge border at Niagara falls for this.

You can work full time during scheduled break of your school so SIN number can allow you to work in first month. since you need 12 weeks of coop each term so you have to get the work permit before june. I confirmed that for myself but i dont know your situation though. I'll try flagpoling...
