I got a refusal letter in the morning and the stupid part is I ask them for bridging work permit and the reason they gave me for refusal that you are not eligible for open work permit I called agent and told him that I didn't ask for open work permit he said we cant do anything we do not process...

When you ask them to reopen in how many days they gave you a decision?

its not a start move to go on a border for flag puling when you are out of status.

This is the thing. They never tell you the exact time how much they gonna take to process. Its been more than 6 months now I haven't got my decision. The maximum time for restoration is 6 months which have been passed but they still says in process.

Anybody got the restoration?

Yup their average processing time is 6 month but in some cases they were giving faster, depends upon the case and the officer who is processing it.

Hi, Atleast they are telling you that it has been reviewed in my case they are just telling, u need to wait only. Your file is still in process. that sucks its already been more than 6 months now and I havnt got my decision.

Still I havnt got my restoration. Anybody else got his restoration?

I applied on june 8th and still haven't got my restoration.:(

Guys please notify here if anybody got their restoration so that rest can get an idea how much time they are taking to process the application.

Yes he is..Yup they process any file they want you cant argue with them.

I called them last week, nope they didn't told me anything just said its restoration so its totally depend upon the officer moreover one executive told me its gonna take minimum 16 weeks more. One guy in BC applied for restoration on june 28 and he got his approved last week only.

Hi, No nothing yet yeah sure 1-888-242-2100 first press 3 then 2 then 0 sometimes they don't connect to the teller because of heavy calls so try to col them after an hour or one hour before their closing time.

It must be in the email which they sent it to you because in my case they gave me an option to send my police certificate either by mail or email. They provided me specific email I.D. but schedule A they ask me to send by mail only.
