when did you submit PCC? What I have notice usually one week after PCC they get passport request

It all depends when your parents background check starts… I have a same timeline like you but our background check has not started yet

That CIC panel doctor can refer you to the specialist. I will advise contact that panel doctor or you can contact specialist on your own and they charge you per visit unless you have insurance. hope this helps
