If the trips were short - < 3 months, you dont need to put the address. It will appear in your travel history. I don't think that it is misrepresentation if you mention trips under travel history but not in address.

From my experience, you should not delay any step. While u wait for IELTS exams and results, getting WES report can be a great approach. This will allow u to enter the pool as soon as u get the IELTS results.
