I heard from someone who called to Sk. Immi. office and got a reply that they had some glitch in their website and they had to fix the problem, within that period they received applications exceeding their limit. Now they will process all completed application they received.

Hello friends, So many applicants submitted and paid yesterday without SINP OID opening declaration, but if it was a system related fault for which payment and application received without opening, what may be the possible step from SINP?

Congrats bro... when did you get 2nd line.? Did you get PCC request from Germany also..? If you have sent German PCC once with your application and after that you didn't enter in Germany, you don't need to submit PCC from Germany. Make CSE and explain them the situation, if they require again...
