Same thing happened to me - somehow their standard mail just never reaches our part of the world even months and months later and we are supposed to pay extra even to get the first copy. But if you are at the same address you should write to WES and tell them. Maybe they will send another copy...

I hope they don't stop the draws. Not only will we lose two months but it will take weeks perhaps months to get the cutoff down to normal in the new year.
