I agree. There will be many people who will take the express entry route to get their PRs and they will settle in quebec. I have met many people doing it without any issues. unfortunately the slow process pushes people to find work arounds within the system.

I don't understand why Quebec cannot become part of the Express Entry - Provincial Streams. It is just so easy and efficient approach. Why do we even apply paper-based in the first place? I think there are so man questions that those politicians cannot answer.

Great initiative. I think we all need to send a mail or email to our representatives or to the minister to let them know about the situation. The best we can do is to increase the awareness.

I am curios if we can do anything like writing to ministry to speed up the process from 25 months. While express entry takes only six months from the start of the application, Quebec path almost takes 3-4 years.

There are so many great news coming in lately. I observed there are so many people with NOC-2171 getting their CSQs. Is Quebec government somehow prioritizing certain NOCs for CSQ?

I am sorry to say that but some people are just incompetent. They are just playing with words to reach targets. I would not be surprised if they come and say Fridays don’t count as working day because they have a full day of meetings and cannot work.
