Did you get a copy of the evidence that you sent in with the original App in your blue book?

I hope you get an ADR. Im so lost because in my blue book we didnt get a copy of the evudence that we sent in the first time. We only got a copy of the original app, with marriage certificate, birth cefiticate and my documents on how i came to Canada.

My ERO said that my copy should be the original of everything. So i sent them a copy of each post card that i got from my husband n so km bringing the physical cards to them at the interview

Ohh. Im not sure what to say because if its a simple case then you would have been granted an ADR

What was the grounds for your refusal? Because most of us that just got non genuine marriage with nothing else to it get ADR

I know that a couple of us have ADR next week and so i want to wish us all the best and that it works in all our favors. Remember to study your blue book and the reason why your app was denied. For those who are still waiting im hoping that you guys here something soon too.

If you have a full hearing then your spouse will be called. If you got selected for ADR then its only you, a rep from CBSA and your DRO

I think it should tell you in the letter they send in the mail. I know for the ADR its 3 copies. 1 for CBSA, 1 for the DRO and 1 for yourself

Keep in mind that even though there was a lot of evidence submitted, if what the appellant and the sponsored person is saying not matching up then they are going to think that it's not genuine. That's why a lot of people hope for an ADR because it's only the appellant answering the question ...

If I'm not mistaken, when I sent in my appeal form this was their response to me too. But I had already sent them the refusal letter. If you didn't send them the letter with the appeal form then that's what they are talking about. I would recommend you do so because that appeal form is time...
