No Surname for Access to information and privacy act
What to fill in Surname field when you request visa officer notes via filling access to information and privacy act online form. Given Name and Surname both are mandatory fields and mentioning "NA" is not an option I believe as generally immigration dept. does not recommend putting "NA"...- hbrarr

Employer has to ask specifically for you, and they have to prove that why they have to hire you since their employees available within Canada. It is not impossible but very technical process.- hbrarr

Hello Matt, UCI- Unique Client Identifier remains the same, doesn't matter how many times you apply. There shouldn't be any problem if you give your old UCI to the clinic. It was assigned to you anyways.- hbrarr
