Students completing studies in Canada don't need WES evaluation and will get head start plus bonus points. By August is the cutoff remains above 455. It will remain above that through out the end of year.

Yeah it would take atleast 14-15 regular 2 week draws to get back to 450. Looks like no hope for people less than 440. Tough wait(Six Months) ahead for people in range of 451-456
