Try ordering gcms notes to that sometimes helps move things along

That's a bit brutal, London always respond when I email them saying my file has been assigned to an officer waiting for review. We all wonder where this magical officer is no one can seem to find them to work on our files

If you have not been asked yet can you contact which ever country the visa rejection was from and ask for a copy of the letter/application they would have on file

What's your aor? They may not ask mine was a Canadian refusal which I think is why they asked. Maybe if you have some time just see if you can collate any info just to be on safe side I'm sure you don't need it but

I submitted a letter explaining what happened and a copy of the rejection/refusal letter plus a copy of my original application. Not sure if that level of detail is needed probably not.

I don't think we can complain unless we go over 180 days cic says we should expect to wait that long for ppr anything shorter is a bonus how many people are over 180 days I'm nearly there

Yeah i aor feb 4 just unlucky because my lvo is London and they are extremely slow was transferred there towards end of May. Seems to be about 2 months on average before they even open files after transfer

Yeah I did just to be on the safe side fairly straight forward I'll just write a letter to explain it and send the Ontario letter in with it and that should pass with no issues
