Yes rathika embassy do check again background after won appeal. Bcuz its ur case procedure n thts y they take time after tht .. What aboit ur tht e mail tht embassy sent u regarding mefical ??? What is tht e mail.?

Vancouver time is shorter than Toronto . If it would b ADR then in 3 to 4 months u ll hear ADR or if it will wil b full hearing then 4 to 5 months ur date would b given by IAD... hope it ll help . .good luck

Hi hhassa.. next procedure is u have to wait until ur decision letter . IAD must told u oral decidion.in a 2 months u ll get ur decision letter.then ur file will be trasfer for further procedure . Hope it will help.

Hi syedazeenat..we case ur file then after 5 months CHC send u confirmation letter n gives u file no as wel.its been so long i mean u file ur case in 2013 early n now its mid of 2014 bit u didnt get ur file no .. have u hired a lawyer or u did urself
