Thanks alot double rainbow.. yes there is no doubt time is kiling me bcuz its been more than 3 years..so much painful. Canadian embassy just rejecting cases without knowing of relationship they just asuming their own thoughts thts it ..n even they dont want to slove it in a proper way neither...

Blue book means ur al records that u sent to embassy after submit ur immigration case. Proofs, funds ,marriage certificates etc etc.. they wil send u back after submit ur appeal ..

Dont worry b possitive .. u submitted ur appeal by urself or through lawyer or consultant.. if not then talk to any lawyer for information or consult that what is VFC ..
