Its been four months since we met. I thought that we would have better chances to get TRV after marriage but it isnt the case. They simply reject TRV's for spouses and indirectly promote outland application process. I am hoping we get some kind of acknowledgement on the application soon.

I am wondering whether I should reapply for TRV again. My wife's TRV was rejected back in January based on purpose of visit and family ties. This was before I submitted the Spousal Application in March 2020.

If you are referring to IMM 1283, you do not have to fill the form if the Principal applicant doesn't have any dependent children.

Can I print a photo from a digital file (photo clicked in India) here in Canada, or the principal applicant has to courier the his/her photographs from where it was taken? If I print them locally in Canada, what studio address should I write?

Thanks for the reply. The judgement gives the custody to the mother. I am going to write a letter of explanation. In all her documents he is also listed as legal guardian so that should help.
