Yes, he got the AoR on 27th October followed by Medical Request for spouse on 28th October. Application was received in Sydney office on the 17th of August.

I think Open Work Permit is for Inland Spouse Applicants and not for applicants residing outside Canada. Someone please review this and acknowledge. Thanks!
