Express Entry, I have not yet accepted the SINP nomination in my CIC account. Just to gain some time as well... they allow me to accept the nomination until 29 April 2020. Therefore, i am thinking to delay it until last week of April 2020.

Actually due to covid19, everything is closed in Saudi Arabia and i cannot obtain any government issued document. I cannot obtain the PCC as well. What should i do now ?

Thank you for your response. But i have heared that LOE is required only in uch cases where any of the mandatory document is missing. I was thinking to submit offer letter, reference letter and payslips only. And in case of ADR, i will submit the cash payment letter (obtained from my employer)...

I was paid in cash, salaray was non-taxable, no PF... what else i should obtain from the employer ?
