Guys..I have just done my medical and the docotor gave me a emedical sheet..Do I have to email the emedical sheet to CIC or the doctor will upload the results to CIC ? Thanks.

I would not say there were any tips. I only sent in the explanation letter, nothing else. As long as everything is logical and genuine, then you have nothing to worry about. Do not lose hope, as I never did.

The VO said my salary was low and my job does not match with my education...so I had my boss to draft a letter to CiC

I think the VO was condused with your situation, he thought the XXX company was a job agency and the client in vancouver was your boss. Just draft an explanation letter to clear your situation, if everything is logica, there is nothint to worry about.

every application was sent to sydney first then transfer to Ottawa.

I think you sent it to the wrong email address..the correct one should be CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
