They should definitely start accommodating may n sept intake at the end of year so atleast we are present there..

But the issue is a 1 year course study permit is just 8 to 10 months n if we by pass that duration then it would be difficult to go to Canada for PGWP n as per our SOPs we have clearly stated that our intention is to study n return back to our home country

And the worst thing is that if we begin our sept intake online n we come to know January semester 2021 becomes online then we wont be able to backoff from the course . We have to get assurance that atleast jan semester is in campus

No I'm doing it online.. I sense that we the September Intake students will get the first opportunity to reach Canada.. just like the March 18 date which they have split for study permits..

I think in such a situation all you can do is just defer it immediately as you donno when can we get the response.. I'm just worried that I hope by January classes begin in campus as i cant afford to complete my entire course online as it's just a 1 year course

Like if you dont get your visa approval by nov first week, I would advise you to immediately ask for a deferal or refund.. yes it should be related to your field to make your case stronger

It's a 2 stage approval which ircc has currently announced for those who couldn't do their biometrics n medicals

All of this is not important right now... for now it's just getting the visa n reaching there

A max of 150 days gap is fine but not exceeding that so 4 months ... usually when you finish a course of 8 months n you will have remaining 4 months to extend your visa n work full time but make sure by January you begin

Yes until they get final approval from the Canadian govt . Now this totally depends on the pandemic situation.. however I feel they will start issuing visa for students so that they can begin online but wont allow any international students to travel to Canada before December January

The main problem is the processing time keeps on changing due to this pandemic. My country had 9 weeks, n it changed to 11 weeks now 15 weeks
