you are correct bro!! I have mailed yesterday then WES has update "track my package" information at least. "Tracking number: XXXXXXXX was received on 9/20/2017 Please allow few days for processing" actually they received on 9/13/2017.

Yup! I called yesterday morning!! they said that it takes 3 working day usually sometimes it is more. Thanks for your advise!! I'll email them now.

it is annoying!! they accepted my transcript then they requested for the Provisional. Any I will update once the status change..

My Document has delivered today to WES but they are not still updated and the status still on hold. That is a supported document like provisional certificate even though they need time to update :(

I have receive an update from WES that they required my provisional certificate . my "Statement of Marks" has been accepted. but need my provisional too. I just mailed them through courier. Are they going to start the document review process again for my Provisional as well and how long it take...
