Ok you need to link your application online in your cic account where you can see any updated details of your application.

I did upfront medicals and submitted on August 14th and today the file updated as passed in my account. AOR - March 2017

Yes you can always apply for Express entry if you have enough points to get invited. you can run both the applications at the same time and they will cancel one automatically when one of the application gets approved.

I have applied for my PR and received my AOR in march2017. recently i got an invitation for express entry so i did upfront medicals, i wanted to know how can i upload the same medical document for the paper based application? how do you guys sent the upfront medicals?

i am working for my employer from august 2015 with open work permit and when its going to expire i extended my work permit which is closed work permit with my employer name on it. so my question is can i still claim 50 points as i have almost 2 years experience from the same employer?

Oh thats a good news! one of my friend who applied from India received MR,RRPF, Passport bio page request just yesterday( he got AOR on march 9th) and i think he got an email from New Delhi. So according to my analysis its going bit faster for outland applicants
