I am yet to come across a post from someone who has received PPR from CIO recently.

It seems a lot of July AOR's are getting processed at CIO Sydney and most are stuck at NA2. CIO is known to be slow.

No, the second time i asked them to clarify what do they mean by "File has not been transferred to Local visa office" and they replied back saying that, i can check that from CIO Sydney. In case you want to query them again, wait for 3 or 4 weeks in case your application is getting processed at...

I have mailed Ottawa twice and they replied in 2 days the first time and single day the second time.

I do not have visa rejections and neither i have any dependents accompanying me. Strange why my case is getting processed at CIO? I am FSW (O) and my Medical passed quite fast in 2 weeks. But since then there have been no updates.

What is the criteria for assigning cases to a particular visa office. Is it Random? I have seen most cases getting processed at Ottawa, then why our cases are in CIO Sydney?
