your PGDM if approved add approx 30-32 points to your score. Provided you score of minimum 8,7,7,7 in ielts. For exact difference on your profile you can use CRS calculator.

IMT print certificate twice a year, around June and Dec , so your completion date will determine. You could ask for Provisional certificate if it is taking too much time.and you need it quick.

My packed was delivered on 27th April and got the 1st confirmation on 6th June. So based on this you can guess that it will take more than a both to receive confirmation. You will get the confirmation approximately at end of July.

That would not make any difference but just to keep the consistency, you should get both evaluated both by IQAS. Its not costing you more and you anyways have to wait for IMT evaluation. Atl east you will have the option to use either one of them.
