My status changed for MASc Environmental Systems Engineering to "Decision Made. Accepted" for Fall'13 Filed My visa application yesterday. In shaa Allah will get positive result from CHC Islbd soon. :)

I cant apply for study leave coz my contract expires before end of my study visa validity of minimum duration i.e 2yrz.

I am contracted employee with proper recruitment by same org. Its likely to be permanent after 3 yrs. On pay slips, therz no mention of Gov. of Punjab... Its just the name of organization and my designation is clearly written with "CONTRACT".

I m fully funded but this problem is eating my mind. ......

So you mean, I have to select Yes for Question of Government employee?? Even though I am on Contract.

Did you give any experience certificate/letter along with visa documents? It is very difficult to secure NOC and/or Experience letter from Government Organization, I can only provide proof of employment i.e. employment letter and pay slips as I have VERY LITTLE time to apply now for fall'2013...
