I think that it is immeterial to inform CIC about new job after completion of MR. CIC issues MR after completion of verification. So new info or updates may cause delay as they may go for new verification ! Better keep silence and get visa first.

Very impressive effort. But is it reliable buddy? My NOC-0112 Passed 122 days today after AOR, but no MR or 2nd line updates in ECAS yet. As per your data, i need to wait 32 days more to get MR right? Can i hope accordingly?
