Did you got your offer letter?, If yes then in what time did you got and for what intake?

I'm from India, passed class 12th this year and have made application at 2 colleges for Computer Systems program and waiting for offer letter, I have 6.5 in IELTS (L-7 R-5.5 W-6.5 S-7.5) And in class 12 I have 58.61%age overall with 50 marks in maths. What are my visa chances? Thanks
