    I'm not 100% sure, but try asking the province that issued your nomination to extend your nomination. I read many cases that the province could help with extension.

    I don't think so. I traveled outside of Canada for 2 weeks while my PR application was being processed that time. They did ask me to update schedule A but because I had gap in reporting the years of my residence, not because I traveled outside of Canada.

    My friend just got his nomination on May 2 after 6 months of waiting. It took only 2 days from "Received" to "Assessment in Progress" to "Assessment Complete" Anyways, my friend's work permit doesn't expire until 2019. Thanks Ravia. My friend finally got his nomination after 6 months of waiting.
