My friend who applied on May 15 got AOR in July while I applied after her only two weeks, didn't receive AOR until mid-September. Be patient! Everyone else has been waiting also.

Only principal application's account can link to their permanent residency. Sponsor, whether pointed as representative or not, do not have the option to link to their parents'/grandparents' PR application.

Hi guys, just curious if there is any theory on how the local visa office is chosen for an application? A friend of mine whose parents still live in Southeast East Asian has Mississauga as processing office. I thought the location is chosen based on the address of our parents?

My parents are in home country, not in Canada. And I don't know from which center the request was sent. It is not mentioned on the request letter.

No, you do not need PCC from Canada. I guess (just my guess) CIC has access to the information.

Congrats! If your parents do upfront medical and e-cas shows medical passed, that all matters. Hope this will speed up your parents' application!!

Do we really need to submit travel history and CV/resume of our parents? The education and employment/travel information were already reported in the original package as they have asked for those information on form IMM5669 (section 5 & 6) Thanks!

I wonder if you link the application with sponsor's CIC account, will all communications for the principal applicants (bio, medicals, PCC) will come to sponsor's CIC account?
