Is it normal to get a medical request before uploading the Sched A and PCC? My wife got the request today but we didn't get any notification for the Sched A and PCC yet. Also I just checked my ecas and I saw this in the status. Does that mean I got approved to sponsor?

I didnt sign up for that text notification. I used Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking and I was notified from them that it was delivered on May 2nd.

We got the AOR today. What a glorious day!!:):D Im so glad they didnt return it despite using the old forms for IMM0008 and IMM5532. Thank you Lord!! Edit: For those submitting soon, please use the new forms just in case. I dont want to mislead. Maybe our application got lucky.

Dates were in late April. My wife signed it mid April and sent it to me. I signed it the day I sent it to CPC.

Question. I noticed that the IMM0008 and IMM5532 was recently updated. I checked the new forms and all I see are hand/pen graphic near the signature lines. I submitted the older forms of these two not knowing that there were new versions. Do you think will send my application back? :(

Sent mine April 27 and I just got informed delivery was made on May 2 :D.

Ah I see, thanks. My other question is, would it matter if my address is not consistent on the support documents as the application forms. For example, on my marriage certificate, my residence​ have North York, but on the application form I wrote down Toronto.

Here is the thing though. I don't which is which. For example, my tax notice of assessment​ , my address is like this 123 Street Name Toronto, ON, M6L 0X0 On my driver's license, it is like this, 123 Street Name North York, ON M6L 0X0

On the application ,I'm a bit confuse as what to put as my address. I reside in North York(Toronto). Whenever I received mail, I sometimes get North York and other times I get Toronto on the adress. What should I be putting on the forms?
