I am planning to resubmit my application this coming EE intake under NOC 2133. However, my license is still in-process by APEGS, and I will just submit to SINP a letter to show my application at APEGS. Anyone here have applied or plan to apply without license yet?

The points you will get will be based on CLB not the raw IELTS score. Hence, if your CLB is 5 then you will get the corresponding points for CLB 5 not the IELTS 6

There is no option to choose between OID or EE but there is a question asking you if you have been accepted in the EE system, if your answer is yes then you're automatically under EE category, otherwise OID. You can read the links provided by ashu

My NOC can be 2141 or 2133 as engg profession. I am thinking to apply under 2241 which is non-regulated, which is a lower level than 2133. Although they are of the same industry (electrical and electronics). Any comments?

If i apply to a non regulated noc then it will not match with my work experience, and they may reject it for that reason. Or if somebody have tried that with success?
