When I received an email to check status chNge on cic portal then after 5 mints i got my approval mail . However my status was updated a day before.

Okayy .. sometimes they confuse people did same with me status was updated on 12 and on 13 got email to chexk the changed sttaus

My backgroud was in process at 3:30 and when i open at 3:35 it was changed to approved keep checking ur portal

My Visa timeline : Applied : 27th march offline at VFS Jalandhar Punjab File reached IRCC on 28th march 10th April (8:36 AM) : student acknowledgement letter 11th april(10:50 Am) : biometrics valdity letter 12th april (3:35 pm): visa approved on CIC portal.

Anyone who applied on 27th march offline got visa?

Dnt wry be positive :) There was someone on this forum name Lovesandy he didnt even got any letter and got visa stamped directly .

If we apply online in general category do we need to take appointment for biometrics or directly they ask us to give? One of my frnd applied on 27 online and have his biomterics on 17 april ..! M bit confused in this
