If you can wait until the application is fully finished and then leave. You can apply for a PRTD which processing times are available online. Yes you can get it before first PR. I think people on the forum warn Inland apps to not leave because entetimh Canada is only guaranteed to PR and...

@StayAway you're welcome that's what we are here for. KVO is pretty good. Just book your appointments medicals estimate being there at least half a day. Also for good measure upload your medical receipt to CIC if you want but the doctor should be uploading them.

@StayAway yes it will be replaced. If you haven't already done your biometrics test ensure your PA walk with the receipt, the letter that they got they need to take bio and email from the VFS for bio. The security guard is notorious for not letting people in with all of those and of course the...

If line 2 is something else there right now which it may be once KVO start processing it will be chabhec to...

@StayAway KVO is averaging 7-8 months from start to finish this includes time spent in Canada. We have people in our group get to KVO after spending 4 months in Canada "working " on their file and KVO finish their process in about 3 months or so.

@PWILLY yes this will cause a delay in your application. Your best bet is to either get a court order or delay until he is 18 where he can sign as an adult to say he does not want to come. Or try to work with her in getting him examined.
