I was planning to consult an agent, see their charges etc and then decide. I'll do that by May and then proceed. Let's stay in touch and share our experiences. Another issue would be finding a job.

My EAD is valid until January 2020. I was thinking of applying this year, which means it would come through by December 2018. I want to continue working in the US until my EAD expires in 2020 and then move to Canada. I don't know if that's possible.

So taking Canada PR does not impact my EAD in any way? And there is no restriction from Canada side of I continue working in USA as long as I met the physical presence requirements?
